Just received an email confirmation of flowers delivered to our family gravesite in Honolulu, along with a PHOTO of the DOUBLE BOUQUETS and HEADSTONE. Above and beyond performance is the usual with Watanabe Florist! Their personal touch allows us "transplanted locals" on the mainland to still keep with the tradition of visiting the cemetery to honor and remember family members who have passed. Watanabe Florist, for sure, is "NUMBA ONE!" Aloha and Mahalo from a daughter, granddaughter, and great-grandkids whose feet are here in Oregon but Hawaii will always hold our hearts. ---- Florist's Response: Awwww, thank you so much, Teresa for your kind words and allowing us to help honor your loved one!! Hello Watanabe Floral: first time I did an order on line. Everything went as I expected, that is, delivery and receiving the Cut Flower Mixed Bouquet Combo Pack (in fine order.) (We, Sender and Receiver) are very happy! I may try the on-line order again ('easy peasy') and possibly the same combo pack. Thank you for the efficient servicing as you do! Again Watanabe Florist comes through with above-and-beyond customer service. I received a phone call re an apparent duplicate order (same flowers, same recipient, approx same day delivery). I had made an advance order in Jan, another in March for gravesite flowers for anniversary passing of family member. Rather than just deliver both orders they offered to cancel one. I opted to simply delay delivery of one so gravesite would be decorated for longer period. Watanabe Florist is my go-to vendor for flowers, plants, goodies for friends and family on Oahu.

Although I have been taking advantage of this fantastic no-vase-gravesite bouquet delivery for a couple years now, I finally received pictures from a family member whose visit coincided w delivery. Two beautiful large bouquets of fresh cheerful flowers adorned my aunty's headstone. Thank you Watanabe Florist for allowing me to honor and respect family who has past on even when I cannot be there in person. You make it so easy to send our Aloha from Oregon.

As always Watanabe Florist out performs. 3/26 gravesite bouquet delivery could not be completed due to cemetery office honoring Kuhio Day holiday (I've lived on the mainland too many years now to remember state holiday). Instead of just delivering flowers next day they called me long distance. Amazing customer service! I'm sure 2 large flower bouquets were amazing as well since received picture from family for another delivery sent earlier to Mililani Memorial. Thank you Watanabe for making it easy and reasonably priced for us mainland "transplants" to pay our respects to loved ones on Oahu.
