Hassle free experience. Delivered as promised. I like that they emailed me a picture of the Designer's choice arrangement when it was delivered. Very pretty. Highly recommend. Very easy to use and delivery happened on time. When my friend sent a picture of the bouquet, it was very pretty but I would have liked to have seen more flowers rather than greens...but that's the chance you take with "Designer's Choice"!
