Our family friend absolutely loves the arrangement. The best thing, the arrangement makes her smile and reminds her that she is loved. The online order process was seamless. There were so many beautiful arrangements to choose from! After making my selection, it took maybe 5 minutes (if that) to complete the order. Receiving the order confirmation, receipt, and delivery confirmation by email gave me assurance the order was being taken cared of from start to finish. The arrangement was delivered by noon the next day which was a delightful surprise given how late in the day I made the order. Exceptional service!!! Order process online was so easy and efficient. The recipient of the floral arrangement loved it. She sent me a picture of it and it looked just like the product in the photo. Product description did not state the size of the arrangement so I was worried it may be teeny weeny. But floral basket was full size and simply gorgeous. No issues with the delivery which was quick. I am very grateful for a company that goes above and beyond to help bring cheer to a very good friend in the hospital. Thank you to the driver for making the delivery twice and thanks to the awesome woman who answered the phone with such a patient and friendly voice and helped to make the final delivery to the family. I’m here on Kauai and felt my order was in great hands. My little 5 year old niece was so happy to received her doggie bouquet verses a regular spring bouquet. It really brightened up her day.
