**UPDATE** I have updated my review. I was contacted by the florist and the issues was promptly resolved. Mahalo! ****************************************************** I ordered ten leis for delivery by December 18th for an early event on the 20th. Only six leis arrived on time. Despite assurances from customer service, I was told the remaining leis would ship out on the 19th as it was still sitting at the shop. I appreciated the refund for shipping and the missing leis, but the delay impacted my event. Overall, a disappointing experience. ---- Florist's Response: Aloha e, Nani! Thank you for taking the time to share this with me. I am trying to follow exactly what happened. Did we forget to ship a couple of Lei to you for your event? I do see that we credited back 2 Lei and all the shipping charges, but really want to understand what happened. I will follow up with my team as well. We pride ourselves on our guest service and will always make things right. I’ll have my team issue the remaining balance as a full refund for you. So sorry! Merry Christmas!!
