Our lei ordering and customer service experience was outstanding. I live in Utah and ordered graduation leis online. I had a few questions and received prompt replies through the website messaging. Delivery on my order was on time! I called to follow up; your staff member said my order was delivered and sitting on the front porch table. It arrived at 1:30 pm, I got home from work at 5:00 pm. I took the box inside, opened quickly, ice pack was melted, but the lei was in perfect shape. I placed into my refrigerator, and it lasted a week before presenting to a friend for an Award Ceremony. Beautifully made lei. I received the lei a day early as it was shipped to Los Angeles, but it was still fresh 3 days later for the event. Easy to order online. ---- Florist's Response: Aloha, Ann!!
