The arrangement was beautiful but it didn't look like the picture. It didn't have the thin leaf plant that is on the left side. That would've made it look pretty. I also would've liked a fuller bow. There was a minor glitch with this delivery but Susan from Customer Service offered an excellent solution and the recipient was greatly pleased.
