I ordered this plant arrangement for a person in the hospital and was able to schedule for delivery that same day! Then we found out the patient may be discharged that day. So I tried to contact Watanabe to change the delivery to the home address instead. I called and left a voicemail and was also given the option to text the message, so I did both. It was midday by then and I was almost certain there would be an issue but awesomely enough, Watanabe responded with a text, before too long, and we were able to coordinate the perfect delivery!! ---- Florist's Response: That's wonderful and we're so happy everything went well and that the patient was well enough to go home! Thank you for allowing us to help you all!!

Thank you so much Watanabe florist! My granddaughter had wisdom teeth extracted and I wanted to make her smile. She lives in Honolulu going to Uni. I used Watanabe from the mainland to deliver flowers to a friend in Honolulu. The website was user friendly and the delivery came on time and I saw a picture of the plant I had ordered and it looked great.My friend loved it!
