I ordered flowers for my friend but didn't know her room number. Your people were kind enough to call me and tell me she had not yet gotten a room. I was at work and couldn't get her number. I needed to send a friend a 50th Bday gift to the Disney resort all the way from NJ. I was nervous that I would get ripped off.
