I really liked placing my order, even while you guys slept! So glad you have same day delivery service, thank you. I did have to go out of my purchase, to add another item, which should have been in the cart already. Once an item is added to cart, I had a hard time going back to different selections & adding those. Once the client selects an item, you have various suggestions, however it wasn't the one I wanted. Maybe you should have a link that says "select something else" that takes you back to the home page. I really did enjoy my purchasing experience with you, because of your lovely selections! Also, really appreciated letting me know my item choices were delivered! I will shop with you again! Very satisfied. This place is amazing!! My daughter loved her plant and Easter treats! I accidentally put a layer delivery date (like a week later) than I wanted and had no idea until I messaged them checking on the delivery. I was so upset but they said no problem and put it on the delivery route that day! Kokedama plant was beautiful and pickup was a breeze. Only thing for people who might not be aware: given the fact that the website shows a picture of three plants and the written description is "small assorted" I expected three plants in my order but this order only comes with one kokedama plant.
