It was very convenient and easy to place my order online. I placed it the night before but it is really nice that they are able to do most of these same day!! I was able to text their number and ask for an update on my delivery and they responded quickly! Good customer service! 100/10. I'm from the Philippines and I sent these flowers to a special someone in Honolulu. I really thank Monty and his team for making this such a smooth process for me. They reply fast to inquiries and answered all my questions. I even added a request to customize and put in a picture I wanted, and they agreed with no additional cost. And the flowers were very lovely! I really appreciate you guys, thanks for making this happen.
