Your online process is user friendly, but your emailed receipts and delivery messages need improvement. The messages received are very large and look distorted. It would be nice to have a photo of the product delivered on the e-delivery message for the sender to know exactly what was delivered. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you, Carol for sharing your feedback!!
