This was the first time I ordered flowers. I live in Hilo but was not able to come to Honolulu to visit an ill friend. I had have a few “human error issues” like inputting incorrect phone number, but just when back to site to input correct info. I was very pleased with how fast the arrangement was deliver. I had ordered on line at 0830 and it was delivered before 1100. Thank you so much it was a very easy process for us “old people” who are not computer savvy.
