I would have given 10 stars!! The delivery person went to great lengths and delivered a beautiful poinsettia plant to the thrilled recipient. I received a picture of the gorgeous plant. Heartfelt thanks for making a wonderful woman very happy! And special thanks to the head of distribution for calling me to make sure the delivery was a success. Watanabe Floral goes beyond the usual customer service and provides outstanding florals with stellar delivery. As usual the poinsettias arrived in full bloom - absolutely gorgeous!! I have given 2 of them to neighbors as thank yous for helping me when I have needed it recently.
