The flowers were lovely. They were perfect for a “Christmas thank-you gift.” The ordering process was very easy. It is nice to have a florist & floral shop that you can trust. The flower arrangement receives 5 stars. I heard that delivery to this same friend 2-3 times. Delivery person just rings the doorbell, leaves the flowers on the ground, takes a picture and leaves. Flowers are never handed directly to the customer. I can understand that your delivery person probably has many deliveries but customer has No human one on one (human ) interaction with the person delivering the flowers from you. I am paying a $15.00 charge for delivery but knowing the customer is never handed the flowers directly but placed on the ground, I will probably leave the very minimum tip or no No tip at all now on future orders, but I would continue buying flowers from You ! Thank you! ---- Florist's Response: Aloha, Benjamin! Thank you for the feedback! I will look into this, as our protocol does not call for just ringing the doorbell and dropping it. Our number one preference is to hand them directly to the recipient. I appreciate very much you caring enough to let us know, while still supporting us with your review!! Merry Christmas to you!!
