Watanabe Floral consistently provides beautiful arrangements, but their customer service is truly what sets them apart. I recently ordered a tropical box for a family member in hospice care on the mainland. Due to a sudden change in plans, my cousin was moved back home after the shipment had already been processed. I contacted the shop to see if a reroute was possible, and despite the logistical challenge of working through their shipping partners, they handled everything seamlessly. They successfully intercepted and resent the order to the new address. My cousin was thrilled to receive the flowers, and I am incredibly grateful for their empathy and efficiency. The service I received exceeded my expectations! Cheryl and your staff realized I was having trouble placing my order and reached out to me via text and phone messages to get me back on track and immediately corrected my errors. My order was delivered on schedule, and the recipients were more than delighted as this was the first time they received a tropical Bouquet from Hawaii. You guys made us look like Heros. The flowers were delivered on time and in great condition. They were placed in the reception area where people who attended the funeral service for my brother-in-law went afterwards.
