Watanabe Floral is an excellent florist and I always use them for flower deliveries on Oahu. This particular delivery was important to me because it was for a close family's funeral services. I called Watanabe ahead of time to make sure they could deliver to the funeral venue and they had already confirmed the drop off directly with the venue. Their customer service was very professional and friendly. It was my first time delivering flowers for a funeral and they made the experience smooth and stress-free. I sent this to my best friend, to send my condolences to her family. She sent me a picture of it, it was beautiful & she was loved it too. Beautiful arrangement. Timely delivery. Received numerous complements on these flowers. Watanabe Floral is a first class operation. If you want the best, order from Watanabe. I've been ordering from them for several years and they never disappoint. They are reliable great!

I gave it 4 stars and it would have been 5 stars, but I did not receive the advertised 20% off my first order. I was charged full price. ---- Florist's Response: Aloha, Regine!
