STANDING SPRAYS

Standing sprays are funeral flowers specially designed to be placed on easels. They are ideal for display at graveside services, and are sent by close family members or even businesses.

Standing sprays are typically reserved for formal services such as funerals, memorials, and graveside services. They should never be sent to the home or office.

We offer standing sprays in a variety of shapes – asymmetrical, wreath, cross and even heart. Our designs featuring only red roses or gorgeous tropical flowers are very popular with guests.

The design of the standing spray can be minimalistic or exquisite. For exquisite designs, a minimum of 5 days is needed to create them.

CASKET SPRAYS

Casket sprays are floral arrangements designed for the adornment of the casket. The tradition of offering casket sprays is usually reserved for the closest family members.

Casket sprays are designed to decorate either a closed casket or one that is half-opened. For many designs, we offer both options so make sure you select the correct one!

Casket sprays are also available in different sizes – large or small. We also offer sprays for smaller caskets such as the ones for small children or infants.

Colors and flower types vary for casket sprays. Elegant designs offer feature a single color such as all-white spray, while more flamboyant designs feature bright tropical flowers.

CREMATION & TRIBUTE

Cremation flowers are flowers used to decorate the urn or a photo of the deceased, while pillow arrangements are left in the casket prior to the cremation.

Urn flowers is a flowered wreath that is placed around the urn. For single colored urns, most color combinations for flowers will work nicely; however, neutral colored blooms like white with greenery are recommended for urns with patterns.

For photo tribute floral arrangements, frames no larger than 10-inches work best.

We also offer cremation flowers for standard and different pillow shapes including cross and heart. Some guests have even opted for a rosary design!

PODIUM PIECES

Podium pieces are used to beautify stages where readings are done during memorial services or placed near the casket to add softness and warmth to the surroundings. Anyone can send a podium piece but we recommend them for funeral homes.

The type of flowers used to create podium arrangements are representative of the emotions the sender would like to convey.

Chrysanthemums are favored as sympathy flowers in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cultures and used to symbolize grief. Carnations, lilies, roses and gladiola are also popular flowers used in funerals, while tropical flowers are often seen at Hawaiian funerals.

Our podium pieces are created in beautiful white, brown, black vases and rustic brown baskets.

FOR THE HOME

Sympathy flowers arrangements are sent to the home for the family of the deceased to express your condolences to the grieving family. They are great options for people who missed the funeral or if they are attending a memorial service held at home.

All white flower arrangements are popular options but often, the blooms can also be representations of a memory of the deceased. An arrangement of vibrantly colored flowers could remind people of a joyous individual.

Besides floral arrangements, plants are also a good option for sympathy flowers. Our potted orchids are elegant and long-lasting – perfect as a tribute to the deceased. Some guests opt for gift baskets to as a gesture of remembrance, which also are a good form of nourishment for the spirit and body.

ADVANCED ORDER

Exquisite designs for standing sprays, wreaths, casket sprays, cremation and tribute pieces as well as podium pieces take time to create. This is due to various factors such as the time needed for flowers to bloom out and the procurement of flowers in specific hues.

“Advanced Order” sympathy arrangements can be identified through the bubble sign on the picture. All of these designs require orders to be made at least 5 days in advance.

You can help to ensure the least amount of time is needed to complete the design by providing necessary information, for instance wording for a banner wreath or the picture for the frame placed in a tribute floral piece.
