Tell us about your role in Watanabe Floral
I am the Mass Market Manager at Watanabe Floral. I oversee operations and do the purchasing for our Mass Market accounts which include Sam’s Club, Walmart, Costco, Target and a few Foodland stores across the state.
What do you enjoy most about working at Watanabe Floral?
I love Watanabe Floral’s mission of making people happy and putting the sprit of Aloha in all we do. The constantly changing dynamics of the floral industry really keeps us on our toes and it is really fun to always have new challenges to take on.
What is your favorite flower or plant?
I love the Sandersonia (Chinese Lantern), which is typically in season starting around the end of September. It's dainty and has a unique shape.
Share a favorite memory from your time working at Watanabe Floral
The people at Watanabe Floral are wonderful! That being said, my favorite memories are hanging out with my coworkers outside of work like at our company gatherings. I love to hear about my coworkers' interests and their families. There are so many interesting and talented people that work here.

What do you like to do outside of work?
My time outside of work is mostly spent with my children and taking them to all their extracurricular activities after school and on the weekends.
