I have not heard from Nathan Wong about the delivery. He usually calls when he receives the roses. (This is the third year I’ve sent them.) Watanabe’s forgot to include a card on my Heenan delivery. I wonder if a card was not included in the Wong deliver, also? ---- Florist's Response: Hi Gloria! Thank you so much for your support!! We show that the arrangement was delivered on the 29th, however, he was not home, so it was left in a safe place. We will contact the recipient to make sure he did receive the flowers. Really appreciate it!!

Mrs. Heenan told me that it took her 3 days to find out who sent the roses and chocolates. I’m very disappointed about this part of the delivery. I certainly hope this does not happen again.
