It was a beautiful arrangement, as it is pictured. I was mostly concerned about the size of the arrangement. I wanted it to be substantial. Often times pictures misrepresent the actual item. It did not disappointment. It was the prettiest arrangement there. Very beautiful! The staff was most helpful in obtaining the correct information they needed as I provided wrong information and was of little help. They called the funeral home and obtained the information they needed including the full name, window of time for drop off, and specific location of the service.
