Watanabe Floral Lei Shipping Info

Hawaiian Lei Shipped Fresh From Hawaiʻi 

Our team takes pride in making sure your Lei arrives beautifully. Our Lei are carefully packed with frozen gel packs to keep it fresh during shipping. We only use Fedex Priority Overnight shipping to ensure it remains as fresh as possible. Shipping charges include packing and handling and AG Stamping of your box. FedEx Overnight Priority means Lei should arrive by 10:30a on the day scheduled, 1p in rural areas.

All our shipping prices include packing charges including insulation, and cold packaging needed for the best shipping results. Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction, so we included all necessary components.

General Guidelines for Shipping Lei to US Mainland

For Lei orders that require shipping to the US Mainland, to ensure your lei is shipped on time, please place orders at least 3-5 days in advance so we can make sure Lei are available.

The date you select when placing your order should be the date you need the Lei to arrive at your destination. We will back out the days and ship on the appropriate day for the Lei to get to you the date chosen.

We usually ship Lei on Monday-Saturday although Saturday delivery dates require additional surcharges (see below). FedEx is closed on Sundays.

Saturday Deliveries
Saturday delivery is an option for an additional $20 charge per shipment. See California notes below for Saturday deliveries.

How long will it take to get to your destination?

FedEx Overnight Priority is normally 1-2 days to the Pacific West coast including Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada and 2-3 days for the rest of the country. We recommend your request delivery at 1-2 days from the day you need the Lei in case of any shipping delays caused by weather or mechanical issues, ie. If you need the Lei in Las Vegas on Friday, ship the Lei on Tuesday to arrive Wednesday/Thursday for use on Friday.

FedEx Shipping Days Closed

FedEx shipping is closed on Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Special notes for California

The California state Department of Agriculture performs random agricultural inspections to search for bugs and pests that have been affecting California’s crops. As such, inspections may sometimes delay the delivery of packages by up to 1 day. To ensure packages arrive on time, consider delivery arrival dates at least 1-2 days prior to when lei are needed.

We do not recommend Saturday deliveries to California as some FedEx stations in California do not have agriculture inspectors available to release your shipment. Therefore, you will not get your leis until Monday.

Special notes for Alaska

FedEx has unique shipping rates to the State of Alaska. To place an order for a shipment to Alaska, please call or text us at 808-832-9360 or email us at info@wantabefloral.com. We can then quote you the shipping charges before you decide on ordering.
