October kicks off Watanabe Floral's one-month fundraiser for Women's Fund of Hawai‘i (WFH). Only 1.9% of donations go to programs that specifically help women and girls. Since 1989, WFH has worked to boost that percentage and highlight women-led grassroots programs that empower local wāhine. The fund has distributed more than $1.3 million in grants. Your purchase of a floral arrangement this month will go toward WFH's grantmaking efforts which support mothers & children, arts & culture, curriculum & girls mentorship, reducing recidivism, and sports equity for girls.
