Retail Delivery Policy and FAQ’s
Scroll down to see the COVID-19 Delivery FAQ
1. Can the recipient expect the exact same arrangement shown in the pictures?
We will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of a perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute it WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the arrangement.
2. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
There is a minimum delivery order of $30 on retail deliveries. Any order of arrangements, lei, potted plants, goodie baskets, balloons, or any other retail items (excluding cut flowers) may be delivered if the order meets the $30 minimum. The cost of the merchandise must be at least $30 and then the applicable delivery charges will be applied for a total. Cut flowers are not available for delivery for retail customers.
3. How does payment work?
All orders must be prepaid in full. Our online platform supports payment from most credit card companies (Visa, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard) and for assurance purposes, we also have a Norton Shopping Guarantee built in.
For those facing problems purchasing through our online store, you may make the payment over the phone using your credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard).
4. Do you make deliveries every day?
We deliver from Monday - Saturday but there are a limited number of delivery slots available for each day. We DO NOT deliver on Sundays, as well as selected public holidays. Surcharges may apply on large, bulk, or deliveries that require special attention. Please call 808-832-9360 if you would like to confirm delivery for a public holiday.
5. What happens when the recipient is unable to accept the delivery?
We have a 1-time only delivery policy and if the recipient is not available to accept a delivery and is uncontactable, our driver will perform the following:
Attempt to leave the flowers with a person in the vicinity (co-worker, neighbor etc.) or determine if there is a safe place to leave the arrangement. If it is not possible to leave the arrangement with someone or at the location, we will call and leave a message for the recipient letting them know that we attempted a delivery. The arrangement will then be held for pick up at our Nimitz store (1607 Hart Street, Honolulu 96817). The recipient should call/text our store at 808-832-9360 for a follow-up.
Please note if we are unable to leave the arrangement a request for re-delivery may be allowed or could result in an additional charge based on the delivery rates for the respective re-delivery locations. Please also note that even though the sender instructs for the arrangement to be left at the location if the recipient is uncontactable, we will only do so if our driver deems that the recipient's location is safe and conducive for the arrangement to be left unattended for a period of time.
6. What are your delivery fees like?
Our delivery fees for Oahu are based on location (zones), requested date of delivery and whether the guest requests for a specific time for delivery. The fees range from $10 for downtown to $40 for outlying areas. We do not hide delivery costs within the price of the arrangement to provide full value and lowest prices to cash and carry customers.
(i) Standard Delivery: Delivery will be made at our discretion between 8am-4pm (applies to same-day delivery as long as the order is made before 1pm for Zone 1, Noon for Zone 2 and 11a for Zone 3.
(ii) Specified Time Delivery: Guest requests for a specific time of delivery* in 4 hour blocks of 8a-12p and 12p-4p. Order must be in 6 hours before end of the block. For example, if you want delivery between 8a and 12p, your order would have to be in by 6a that day to allow us enough time to design the piece and get it delivered.
- Timed delivery charges help us cover the cost of bringing in an additional delivery team to handle deliveries that must be there by a certain time. Additionally, sending out a delivery to the further zip codes is more costly than a timed delivery near our showroom, which helps explain the variance in timed delivery charges.
(iii) AFTER HOUR DELIVERY SURCHARGE (WEDDING & SYMPATHY ONLY) - For any delivery before 8a or after 4p, a $15 additional surcharge will be applied.
- Please select the correct Timed Delivery block you are interested in and add any specific instructions in the Special instructions block.

They make perfect gifts for friends on the U.S. mainland, with that touch of Aloha! Delivery or shipping rates are included in the total cost for ship-out boxes and there are no additional charges. For those looking for tropical arrangements to send within Oahu Island, feel free to browse our online store or visit our showroom in Kalihi!
10. Do you deliver Lei, and where to?
For lei, delivery on Oahu follows our standard delivery rates (see question 6). However, delivery of lei to the outer islands and the U.S. mainland is based on FedEx shipping rates, and determined by the quantity of lei.

For Military bases, we will attempt delivery but we will need to be sponsored on to the base, or met at the entry gate to deliver the piece. Similarly, if we are delivering to the Airport terminal, the recipient may need to meet us curbside if we are not allowed to park and run in the arrangement.
