Ordering on your website was fairly easy and it was nice you were able to make the delivery that same day. The only trouble I had was the ability to add a balloon to the arrangement online. The site offered to add chocolates but not balloons. Your staff was great in trying to get in touch with me to see if I still wanted the balloon.
